Trial Period

They give potential customers the chance to test the waters with a free trial. On Shared Hosting users get 5 days, and on VPS & VDS plans they offer a generous 30-day trial. Plus, for shared hosting customers, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if you're not happy, you've got a full month to decide if it's the right fit for your needs.

Billing Cycle

Hosting Ukraine.com offers an impressive range of billing cycle options for their shared hosting plans. You can choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, or even triennial terms, with attractive discounts applied for longer commitments. As for their VPS and VDS plans, they keep it simple with a month-to-month option, making it ideal for users who prefer flexibility.

They currently accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Control Panel

Their VPS plans offer one of the widest varieties of control panels I’ve seen from hosting providers, including some less common options. VPS users can choose from CyberPanel, aaPanel, Hestia, GitLab, FastPanel, or Keitaro. Meanwhile, if you're opting for shared hosting, you’ll use their custom-built control panel, adm.tools. It’s streamlined, user-friendly, packed with features, and designed to make navigating your hosting experience a real pleasure!

Limits

Hosting Ukraine’s Shared Hosting plans, all running on new generation servers with advanced AMD EPYC and AMD Ryzen processors, DDR4 memory with ECC support, and lightning-fast NVME drives, are available in 3, well-structured, and scalable plans. The ‘Fast’ plan comes with 10GB NVMe disc space and 512MB RAM, great for small websites. Next up is the ‘Better’ plan, which features 20GB NVMe storage and 1024MB RAM, and lastly, they have the ‘Qualitative’ plan, which boasts 30GB disc space and 1536MB RAM. All plans come standard with unlimited MySQL (5.7 / 8.0) databases, as well as IPv6 addresses and free SSL certificates.

Their VPS plans on the other hand offer multiple options ranging from 1 Core CPU, 2GB RAM, and 25GB NVMe disc space, on the NVMe VPS 2G plan, up to 8 Core CPUs, 16GB RAM, and 160GB storage on the NVMe VPS 16G plan.

Website Builder

All their plans come standard with a one-click WordPress installation that also includes the Premium Divi Theme (licensed). Those familiar with WordPress will know this is one of the most popular themes/plugins. The Divi WordPress plugin is like the Swiss Army knife of website building. It’s a visual page builder that lets you design beautiful, professional-looking websites without having to write a single line of code. Instead of fussing with HTML or CSS, you can just drag and drop elements, like images, buttons, and text boxes, wherever you want them on your site, and see the changes in real time. 

Security

With regards to security is concerned, Hosting Ukraine has left nothing to chance. Not only have their plans been secured under a very strict network firewall, but even added multifactor authentication to all accounts for an added security measure. On top of that, there is round-the-clock, real-time virus scanning for web files and emails so that anything nefarious is picked up on before it becomes an issue. And on top of that, they include free SSL certificates and, unbelievably, Wildcard SSL certificates for free with automatic renewal. I have to admit that very few, if any, companies offer Wildcard SSL certificates for nothing. Wildcard SSLs encrypts an entire domain and subdomains, so to include this in the package for gratis is an added motivator.

OS

Hosting Ukraine utilizes the CloudLinux Operating System (OS) on all their Shared Hosting plans. This OS is known for being extremely stable and very secure as it isolates each user in their own lightweight environment. It is also the most used OS in the industry for Shared Hosting environments. On their VPS plans, users get to choose between AlmaLinux 8 or 9, Ubuntu (offering versions 18.04, 20.04, and 22.04), or the ultra-reliable Debian 11. 

Support

Hosting Ukraine offers round-the-clock support from professional, knowledgeable, and friendly agents who are more than willing to go out of their way to make sure your issues are sorted out as quickly as possible. They are reachable via Phone, Live Chat, or Support Tickets. Responses and near-instant. Some of the best support I have dealt with!

Conclusion

In my opinion, Hosting Ukraine is a solid choice if you're looking for a new hosting provider. Their plans offer excellent security, flexible control panel options, and some of the best support I've ever encountered. Honestly, it's hard for me to find any faults with them. I highly recommend giving them a try!
