Jasmine ParkerSo, I was a pro version customer because I had so many passwords that I just wanted a place where I could access them securely and remotely. The app just doesn't work anymore! It kept crashing on me before I can retrieve my passwords. It was all so weird because I actually liked using the free version. Lots of error messages in the app - it is just buggy and not complete. Support kept telling me to wait for the new app version on Android. They were nice about it though. I tolerated using it intermittently when it would work and i finally canceled. I hope they fix it - it cost me a lot of time. The pricing was just OK and I feel like I can get a better value on the same kind of product somewhere else. I was able to cancel and stop the billing without any issues.
