HartleyAlthough Hostway provide a wide range of services, they sometimes portray the feeling of a company who is spread too thinly.After testing out their hosting service it quickly became apparent that this was a bog-standard offering. Their shared hosting is often slow (from a technical perspective) and the cheaper options certainly aren't ones that you should choose if you're looking for something solid and scalable.In my experience, customer support has not been great and does not feel like that of a company who cares greatly about their customers. On the rare occasion I've needed to ask a question the phone support has felt sluggish, often taking what seems like forever to get through.On the whole, Hostway can provide you with basic web hosting and a whole host of other services, but please don't expect exceptional quality of technical or support service unless you're paying for it.Rubina AnjuOne of the most affordable, Excellent speed, but downtime is high, and even worse, their support team is just terrible. that's why I won't recommend it.
