There's often a significant wait time before an agent becomes available. Furthermore, when we do get a response, the conversation can be sluggish, possibly due to agents assisting multiple customers simultaneously. I have never experienced any website downtime and CapitanHosting has provided me with outstanding service. My one issue, though, is the restriction that there can be only three website backups, which seems to be a strange number. This restriction prevented me from giving CapitanHosting a five-star rating.
