One aspect I particularly appreciate is their live chat support, which is both quick and professional. They've consistently assisted me in resolving any issues whenever I've reached out for help. However, I've noticed that the website builder's performance is somewhat sluggish. I would greatly welcome improvements in its speed and functionality. Additionally, it would be beneficial to send regular email reminders to customers about updates and other important information. Their service is great, server power is fast as they offer up to 4GB ram and SSD storage in it.
