Cheap and cheerful. There are stories on the Internet about the loss of data and bad HDD, but personally we have not seen this. We have been using this hosting for more than 5 years, during this time, more than 15 bare metal servers were launched, mainly with virtualization based on https://www.proxmox.com/en/proxmox-ve Support answers in 1-2 hours via tickets. We've been trying to call but our attempts weren't successful.
There are interruptions in the network, but rarely, about 1-2 times per year for 15 minutes.
There is an external firewall. Company declared anti-DDoS, but we did not check it in practice.

I only ordered the domain, they aded hosting but now they are asking for money for a hosting service that I didn't order.

Due to the very long response time of tech support, I decided to terminate the contract several months ahead of its end date. I wrote a statement, signed it, put a seal (I EP) - everything was like it should be, I scanned it and mailed it to them. Safely forgot about them, and moved the site to another hosting company. Imagine my surprise when a couple of months after that, they charged my card for the annual cost for the next year! I've been writing for three months to Hetzner and trying to get money back through the bank. The bank says that I need to bring a confirmation from Hetzner that they do not have a claim on the debited money from my card for the next year! For my money !! And Hetzner's tech support suddenly became totally dumb, and for the third month cannot provide the amount of the funds debited from me, and takes three days to respond. After that, I started to think they were writing their own reviews, because the information the users write in the reviews doesn't correspond to reality!
