Milić DragovićI've managed to create my own website using their Weebly in clicks basically and I've never written a single code. Everything was super easy to use and very creative. As soon as I've finished the website I've paid for hosting and after two months I've never been happier with the hosting provider so far.Every day, I'm on the website and at all times it is smooth.Support is great and helping all the time, without them, I couldn't literally do nothing.Good work guys, and thank you!Mirza SisicTheir customer support is not terrible but it's not the excellent either, average you could call it. Prices are crazy low, for instance if you pay for 5 years, their power plan will cost you $2 a month! Security is also pretty okay, they offer a lot of features, up-time could be better and page times are almost half slower than the competitors. Site transfers are pretty restrictive, so are backups and the free domain they offer has a lot of strings attached, not overly transparent on that part. Only for people with very low demands looking to save a penny.Casey StrouseI've been working with a client over the last two weeks who has been hosting with WHP for more than 10 years and over that time things performed well, support was great, and the hosting paid in advance for multiple years was a great value for the dozen or so small church sites he hosts; however, lately things have changed. Support is no longer super helpful and while they do answer quickly they often send vague emails that lack details for their higher level support staff to solve the problem. They also have volatile IP addresses which can have your emails going to spam and they will NOT help with this. Their only solution was to upsell my client to a very expensive business email service at $12/email address per year.Jonquil McDanielWeb Hosting Pad is a pretty inexpensive web hosting provider, but that’s about the most I can say that’s really glowing about this web host. Everything else about Web Hosting Pad is pretty average. They do try to appeal more to their customers by offering unlimited bandwidth, storage, databases, domain hosting, and email accounts; but of course, this is all tempered with an acceptable use policy. There are no dedicated hosting plans available, and their uptime runs somewhere around 99% - which isn’t bad but isn’t really GOOD, either. I guess this web host would be good if you’re looking for a super-cheap unlimited plan as a beginner, and don’t run your business online thus don’t mind some downtime.
