I've had great experiences with TSO Host, the online support team are friendly and quick to respond, and 100% efficient. Appreciate his patience and time with me today to get everything resolved. My experience has with them has been seamless. The prices are also very reasonable.David GI am very happy with their services, the sites are running extremely fast. It has taken a while for me to get familiar with the client login area but it's not difficult to use at all. Oh yeah and they have a UK number so you can call their support team. It's like a gift nowadays!! And they have Live Chat too, happy days!! They have a lot going for them but there is also huge room for improvement! Let's start with the Pro's - The speed is good and stable, pricing is also good and one thing I really like is that they offer daily backups and one-click installs even with the cheapest package. Then the Con's - The biggest problem they have is their outages - there's a lot! Lastly their support is average, slow to respond and not 24 hours (a bit of a problem if you are based outside of the UK) I do feel they can improve on that too.Chris SatchwellI used tsoHost specifically because I'm in the UK myself and was creating websites specific for UK users, for that reason I wanted local web hosting and felt they'd be a good shout. Over my few years with them I've had a positive experience. Their prices certainly aren't the cheapest but as it's always more expensive to host in Britain. Although for .co.uk domains they were quite cheap in my experience, although prices vary over time of course. They do offer the choice to pay monthly for web hosting which is great if you don't want to be locked into a longer-term deal like many other providers do. I've always found their support to be prompt and courteous and they solved my issues each time, they were only minor things but they sorted them no problem. A knowledgebase is also available which does give a reasonable amount of guidance. And if you're concerned about environmental impacts I believe all their hosting is carbon neutral, or at least they said it was a few years back I'm not sure if it definitely still is. My websites are more globally focused now so I've moved to USA servers for the moment, but would recommend to anyone looking into a UK company to give tsoHost a glance.Mizanur RhamanI recently used the Tsohost UK cloud host. I was surprised when got some extras. Some pros that I observed are -They provide nice and identical CMS-specific plans, competitive cost of hosting, variations of plans (small - big), and free SSL. Even, they don't ask to renew SSL. And some cons that I got - They lack advanced fetchers like other host offers. I think their documentation is poor and support is not as well as I expected.Mario PetkovskiI have previous experience using TsoHost which ended up pretty bad. First of all, even though their prices are like most other hosting companies (in the middle), they provide lower uptime than the industry average and I have experienced slow loading times on my websites. Their servers are based in the UK which is a bad thing if your traffic is mainly the US. TsoHost has stick rules and my account was suspended for a week due in payment which means that my website went down. The only thing that is good is the support team which is very fast and helpful and they have good interface with transparent pricing. But personally, I would not choose to host my websites with this company again.Angelina TaylorI used this company because I had a client host her website with them before we started working together. She was very frustrated because she'd submitted a support ticket that went unanswered completely by them. When I contacted customer support, after a long conversation and my question as to why her issue went unanswered, I was told in many words that what she said "didn't make sense." That's obviously no way to conduct business. As far as reliability, speed and price, they are simply just average at best.Adetola AdeniranI joined TSO host in the early days and they were simply brilliant...unfortunately, as they have got bigger (and were bought out I think), the service and speed of the site became awful. I've got 20+ sites with them and they are starting to show cracks. Frequent downtime and slow unknowledgeable support.They also do not offer night time support (even though they advertise it).
