David GI have used PlanetHippo for both my website and my Client's website. I can only say good things about them. Their support team is excellent, they helped me with all my queries (thanks Guys!!) Their servers are fast and well-maintained with easy-to-use user interface. I can only recommend them! There has been some reliability issues at times, with sites being unreachable at various points of time.
