They intend to change the status quo in the web hosting industry by developing their own proprietary technology. In the past 4 years, they have released the SPanel control panel, SShield Security System, and the cloud management platform which orchestrates the cloud clusters of Scala Hosting world. Although they are not yet that well known, they are already being ranked as a top hosting provider worldwide by critics and hosting authorities alike.
This sleeping giant of the hosting world currently offers Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated WordPress Hosting.

Scalahosting offers the ever-popular and industry-leading cPanel on its shared hosting plans. On VPS plans, users will have the option to choose between cPanel and SPanel. SPanel is a product of Scalahosting that provides more functionality in an easier-to-use portal. It features an Admin Interface, a User Interface, and a powerful API for 3rd party software integrations. SPanel also supports all major web servers like Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed Enterprise, and OpenLiteSpeed.

Limits
Their Shared hosting plans, all standard with daily offsite backups, free SSL certificates, free CDN (Content Delivery Network), unlimited email addresses, and databases included, are affordable and come in four options, namely Mini, Start, Advanced, and Entry Cloud. Mini comes with 10GB NVMe SSD space, whereas Start comes with 50GB space and Advanced with 100GB space. Their Entry Cloud package has 50GB space, less than the Advanced package, but comes with better speed and security than the previous plans, as well as a dedicated IP address.
VPS Hosting also comes in four options, Build #1, Build #2, Build #3, and Build #4, with the only difference being the CPU Cores, RAM, and NVMe SSD space allocated to each. The options you see on their website are all customizable. Customers can change the specs of each option, whether it be CPUs, RAM, or space, to get an updated quote displayed.

Scalahosting offers 24/7/365 customer support via Live Chat and an Email Ticketing system, with a noticeable lack of phone support. I put them to the test and was pleasantly surprised, shocked even, at how fast they replied back. What I thought was the auto-reply on the email I sent, turned out to be an actual response from a support agent - nearly instant! They did equally well when I tested them on the live chat.
Their technical support is helpful, thorough, and friendly and truly goes the extra mile, they would even assist with WordPress-specific issues, such as troubleshooting plugins, and if that isn't enough there is also a comprehensive knowledgebase and even a YouTube channel.
