Kenny AlvisAdvantages: Low costDisadvantages: Poor support, basic features don't function properly.I opted for philwebservices to set up my website and email, but unfortunately, they rarely worked properly. The customer support was unsatisfactory, and when I called to transfer only the domain protection service, they cancelled my entire account instead. They advised me to contact customer service to rectify the mistake, but I couldn't reach anyone on the customer service line or chat for a long time.Additionally, they failed to perform even basic tasks correctly. For example, they were unable to fix my email's out of office feature despite receiving complaints for six months. The email delivery was also inconsistent and unreliable. highly not recommending them to others.Lorienz GalarpeAnother client of mine in the past already had websites hosted with them and I was just hired to manage the websites, do maintenance work, fix website issues/errors, and update existing site design layout and contents. I can say their server power is good, load the website pages fast and don't have frequent downtime.Pricing plan is okay, but compared to other hosting providers that offer the same features, theirs are much more expensive.
