First impression
JetServer burst onto the Israeli hosting market all the way back in 2005 when a few Tel Aviv IT professionals just couldn’t take any more of this low-power, über-expensive hosting. Privately owned and still operating its headquarters in Ramat Gan, they established a reputation with no-frills hosting. They offer services such as SSD-supported shared hosting to small and medium enterprises, dedicated servers to more substantial clients, and VPS offerings that are popular with their Israeli client base.

Trial Period
They offer potential clients with a full 30-day trial period for their shared hosting plans, sufficient time to experiment with the performance of their platform without a single financial commitment. Such a long trial allows users to test all features like SSD storage speeds, network availability, and ease of use with the control panel under actual conditions.
Billing Cycle
They keep their billing simple with exclusively monthly payment cycles across all hosting plans—no long-term contracts or bulk discounts to complicate things. This approach works well for businesses wanting to avoid lengthy commitments, though it means missing out on the savings that annual plans typically offer. Payment options are equally no-frills as they only accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and direct debit orders. One needs to be aware that services auto-renew unless manually turned off before the next billing date.
Control Panel
JetServer deploys cPanel as the primary management interface across both shared and VPS hosting plans, providing consistent administration for users at all service levels. This includes full WHM access for VPS customers, that enables comprehensive server management alongside standard website controls. The cPanel integration extends to all supported features - from email account configuration and database administration to one-click application installations. While some competitors split control panel options between service tiers, JetServer maintains this uniformity to reduce learning curves when clients upgrade from shared to virtualized environments. Their technical team pre-configures security-optimized cPanel installations, though advanced users retain root access to modify settings as needed on VPS plans.
Limits
Their shared hosting plans, all running on blazing fast NVMe drives, come in three options, the Personal, Business and Advanced plan. The Personal plan comes with 2 Core CPUs, 2GB RAM, and a limit of 1 website. Next up is the Business and Advanced plans which both features the same amount of CPUs and RAM as the Personal plan, but with no restriction on the amount of websites. What sets these two apart is that the Business plan also comes with a dedicated IP address and a complimentary Israeli domain registration. All plans come standard with free SSL certificates by Let's Encrypt.

Similar to shared hosting, their VPS plans are also available in three options that range from 2Core CPUs, 2GB RAM, and 40GB NVMe disc space on the JetCloud V1 plan, up to 4 Core CPUs, 8GB RAM, and 100GB NVMe storage on the JetCloud V3 plan. These plans all run on 10Gbps lines, with a 5TB traffic limit, unlimited development sites, and the option of choosing between Israel, Europe, USA, or China for the server location.

Website Builder
JetServer does not include a dedicated website builder with any of its hosting plans. The platform focuses exclusively on infrastructure services, requiring users to install third-party content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, or code websites manually. This approach aligns with their technical orientation toward developers and businesses needing unmanaged hosting solutions rather than simplified site creation tools. Should you be after drag-and-drop functionality, you must implement external website builders separately through software installations or development frameworks yourself.
Security
JetServer implements a multi-layered security platform to all hosting services with a starting point at enterprise-grade DDoS protection to absorb massive attacks with minimal service disruption. Each data transfer is secured by compulsory TLS 1.3 encryption with free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates pre-installed by default. Its adaptive custom firewall scans traffic patterns in real time and rejects unwanted requests preemptively even before client-facing applications are involved. Shared hosting configurations are guarded by Imunify360 comprehensive threat detection, scanning against malware 24/7 and auto-quarantine processes. In their Tel Aviv datacenter, physical configurations are locked and keyed under strict protocols such as biometric authentication and 24x7 monitoring. Optional RAID-10 storage configurations are provided in their virtualized configurations to provide redundancy and snapshot backups to recover data instantly in case of operational errors. Web application firewall capability is not part of lower-end plans but their technical personnel provide step-by-step tutorials to incorporate third-party WAF offerings where necessary. Rock-solid security all the way around!

OS
They run both their shared hosting and VPS environments on CloudLinux, a smart move that brings enterprise-grade stability to all their plans. This isn't some half-implemented feature either – they're using CloudLinux's full toolkit, including the Lightweight Virtualized Environment (LVE) technology that keeps noisy neighbors from crashing your site by isolating each account's resources. What surprised me during testing was how seamlessly it handles resource allocation; whether you're on their entry-level shared hosting or a beefy VPS, you get the same kernel-level protections and stability patches.
Support
They provide 24/7 assistance through three primary channels: email, a ticketing system integrated into their client dashboard, and live chat functionality (only available during certain hours of the day). Based on multiple interactions over the past week, response times average 22 minutes for email inquiries, while live chat replies are near instant. However, I got the impression their support (live chat at least) are outsourced as the agents weren't able to give answers, but rather requested that someone else mail me back later (which took 2 days). One agent even got the company mixed up with another provider. Their ticketing system produced consistent resolution times of under 4 hours for technical issues. For routine issues like SSL installation or DNS configuration, their knowledge base offers adequately detailed guides, though advanced topics like kernel optimization lack depth. Support I feel is one area they can definitely improve on.

JetServer shines if you’re a tech-savvy user or small business in Israel needing no-nonsense hosting. Their Cloud infrastructure and NVMe storage delivers incredible speeds, and the consistent cPanel/WHM setup means you’re not relearning the wheel when upgrading to VPS. But there's no website builders, only monthly billing, and their support doesn't live up to the hype. A decent choice, but maybe shop around a bit.
