Aaron FernandesFreeservers.com were the very first web host I used to host an online project when I was really young. At the time - in the mid 2000s, they offered free web hosting and a free non .com domain name if I remember correctly. For the sake of nostalgia I decided to check them out again recently and honestly nothing much has changed since the mid 200s. The website itself looks very much the same and they use tables for their own layout. They haven't updated their UI or design for greater than a decade; and neither have their offerings. They still offer free web hosting offering you 50MB in disk space, and paid plans that offer extremely basic services at a cheap price: 5.95, 9.95. Overall I cannot recommend Freeservers in today's market where you can get much better offerings and support at a similar price; the fact that the FreeServers website uses tables for their layout will tell you how dated the service is. A quick online search also shows that many users don't have a good experience with FreeServers today and blame horrible support, there are also various reports of the company deleting content on their clients'accounts and then charging them just to restore. Their free hosting is extremely slow as I've just given it a test again, and hard to use today. So overall I would recommend that you find a different shared webhost if you are able to, even Hostgator or Bluehost may be better than Freeservers today.
