Marin KatićI tried to use Incapsula to protect several client websites. The reviews were good and there is no much real competition out there. It is important to note they are owned by Imperva, which is one of the most important IT security players today. All went well with the implementation until we had an issue and we contacted support. They were not as helpful as expected so we decided to switch to Cloudflare instead. Incapsula was priced by single website and not cheap at all. Perhaps this is a service best suited for enterprise customers with a decent budget and legitimate security and compliance needs.Jack MorrisseyThe user interface of Incapsula lacks basic features and it’s very difficult to understand where to upload files, how to go into file manage etc. They have their documentation, but I would still say that they should work on their user interface and make it better.
