Dmitri ZinovjevRigid abuse handling, no support for honest usersI was a paying customer trying to host a small project. After unexpected DNS traffic likely caused by misconfiguration or compromise, I proactively tried to fix the issue: I restricted DNS traffic, secured the server, and contacted support immediately.Instead of helping me investigate or offering a chance to rebuild cleanly, they abruptly terminated the VPS and accused me of "mass port scanning and DDoS attacks." No logs were shared, no support was offered just a flat cancellation and a partial refund.I understand the need to protect infrastructure, but their zero-tolerance policy leaves no room for honest users who are trying to do the right thing. Disappointing experience.Francisco Panis KasekerI already used they network to test some Minecraft servers and their DDoS solution. They use outsourced datacenters and I think most of them are OVH servers. Their anti DDoS solution is Tilera, but I think they are using Tilera and Arbor OVH profiles from OVH datacenters, because I can get same profile and result using OVH servers. I never get null routed from them, as OVH. I think they only resell resources from OVH servers. The support is not good when you need mitigate some attack that take down your service. I think what they do (and can take hours...) is open a datacenter ticket to try to get help. They are not independent company. The only advantage that I see is get OVH anti DDoS without pay for a dedicated OVH (or SoyouStart, an OVH startup) server fully. However you will not get access to the OVH support and API directly and no KVM/IPMI access. I already configured some GRU Tunnels there and I get exactly same experience as the cheapest VPS from OVH CA. So I prefer to buy directly with OVH as I can not get any advantage paying extraVM to have OVH servers. I am not saying they are some kind of SCAM. I used their services maybe 3 or 4 years ago and they continuing existing, so they will not steal your money. Because I not see any advantage to user their services and when I really need help with specifics Minecraft layer-7 attacks I did not get solution, I will not recommend them.Rahul RGo for ExtraVM if you are planning for small scale. Low bandwidth requirement and has low budget.ExtraVM give better option as a starter pack for month 3$. The only bad part about them they do not have contact number or support number.They response rather slow (ranging from 6-12 hours) and I personally would like to have a contact number.
