Their support is like having a pit crew for your website. Whether you host your site using them or you use one of their plugins, you have different ways of getting support: email support, live support, an extensive knowledge base, and community forums in which you have loads of power users. What's so incredible for me is this – in all those years of using Elementor, every support ticket I've ever submitted has been replied to in 2 hours. It's so consistent, almost spooky. Although they do not have phone support, so convenient is their ticket system that I've lost all fear of technical issues.

Conclusion

Is Elementor Hosting worthwhile? If you're in Elementor's bailiwick (i.e., freelancers, agencies, and WordPress enthusiasts who want an intuitive, high-performance solution), hands down. Integration's seamless, speeds are absurd, and not having to care about server stuff for once is great.
