Brad LouisSome of my worst hosting experiences have been with this company. I spent many needless hours trying to solve issues that should have been non-issues; this would have probably been easily mitigated with phone support but they don't offer it. I was one of those users who had their accounts suspended when usage limits were exceeded. It baffles me why they wouldn't just charge their customers more in this case. Back then this company lived upto what they promised. Incredible customer support, fast and reliable servers, best in class uptime and of course latest cpanel. I heard about this company from web hosting talks forum them and its a non EIG owned company while it entered the hosting industry. My review is for the company which was the best when not owned by EIG. I am not sure if they still offer the same standard of customer support and reliable servers. I hope the core team are still maintaining the servers and support themselves. If that is the case, i would anyday recommend this hosting company. ASO is far better than bluehost, justhost, hostgator, inmotionhosting and no to forget Godaddy. They have no phone support. Also the price may be too high for what they're offering. It is a reliable hosting, fast, but if you exceed the limits your website will be suspended.Anne SteziaThis is a rare brand, which does not advertise low pricing as a sign-up bonus. But when you actually form an order, you may notice the discounts depending on the seletcted duration of the sign-up. Company has plans for everyone: "need a small one - here's a cheap offer, want to easily build a website by urself - we collab with weebly, big business - we have a number of cloud VPS offers". I used to hear a lot of great feedbacks about them, so recommended ASO to one of my clients. I can't say that she's 100% satisfied, because there've been some outages, but support crew were helpful. In general, I find this hosting good.
