Justhost is such a cool website, their website is so elegant and easy to use as they have shown clear instructions on different packages and offers.No hidden charges with Google AdWords $100 offer as well as sitelock, website builder, and free website templates this is the best offer to grab.They also provide discounts to renewals, unlike other hosts who charge more on renewals. Overall their server speed is good and security-wise I am fully satisfied. Their support team is always there to help you when required.Highly recommended.Erjon TafaAfter being acquired by EIG I think they went downhill fast. Their 'chat' support is off-shore which could be ok but they seem to have no training and no technical ability. If something goes wrong, you're on your own. And last year, their server was down for 4 days - no reasons given. The MySQL server often had performance issues - again, not noted on their bulletin, no reasons given. Their tools are broken and never fixed - e.g. Sitebackup Pro doesn't work and then to top it off, they restored my SOURCE from a backup which broke some things on my website. If you can write your own backup script and cron jobs you may fare well but there are a lot of other hosting companies out there.Katarina BrnjadaOverall justhost have good prices and high Uptime. But they have some issues with security, payment and loading site, its sometimes slow. I remember going back and forth on the checkout page because i wasn't very sure how much i would be charged. As many other hosting companies do, you have many options preselected on checkout ( probably you don't need those ) and of course the 3year contract.I was hosting a simple HTML ( no CMS ) site and it didn't had a lot of traffic but I was quite impressed by the speed. The client was finding them overpriced, so we decided to change their hosting. Their cpanel is actually quite good and they DO have 24/7 support, however we unfortuantely found their tech support terrible. When we tried to close their account and migrate their website and email hosting across, we had to keep closing and resubmitting tickets to try to resolve the issue.Milić DragovićCreated an online store with them.cPanel is thrilling and interesting to use.Even though the store is heavily loaded, searches and filters are quick responsive which is very important to me. I didn't feel theirs security on WordPress installs was the best and the cost didn't seem as competitive as other services. If I had to choose justhost it would be 3rd or 4th on my list. And biggest problem is your code is not secure. The support team was accessible with slow waiting times but it took time to explain my issue, it seems like they are not experienced well enough. They offer different features like free domain, 100 emal accounts, and backup which has become standard options on most hosting providers. They cannot guarantee a 99.9% uptime, but I did not have any issues with website crashes over 3 month period. Their starter plan comes at $11.99 which is not that cheap compared to the options you get from other hosting providers. Their interface is easy to use but feels outdated. I would not recommend this JustHost just because there are different hosting providers that offer more for the same money.Saddam KassimJusthost is not only affordable but also very reliable. I faced the some issues when I used justhost and then I contacted their customer support. They immediately helped me to figure out the issue and I was pretty impressed with their services.I recommend you to keep a backup of your website at a local machine because their server has some limitations. If I talk about their shared plan then their server responds a little slow but it's okay at the price they are offering.But the good thing is that I never faced any server downtime issues with them.Rayatul IslamI used JustHost.com just once. Never gone back to them. They have a conventional Cpanel and the pricing was average. But, the support was horrible, it seems the support staff have little technical knowledge. Not a reliable hosting provider.
