There are many problems with the server like SSL, user limit, moderation, etc. The website can be down at any time as it is free to support doesn't work at all, Queries are not answered for weeks. but the best part is, they are all giving this for free so you have to be patient. The SSL can be a really hard problem sometimes, You gotta put too much to get that corrected, If you are not technical then you won't be able to manage this. If you doing any heavy stuff or uploading any bug file the website is going to be crashed at any time. Don't expect any help from the support.
