Sean DavidWebWerks is good if you are looking for a hosting provider at a medium range of pricing. Their support is not that fast but okay. Website loading speed is satisfactory. You may find other better options if you pay a little more. I don't know about their data security level but customers like me always want to know this before making a purchase decision.Teresa OliveAfter going through a long list of web hosting companies, I settled for Web Werks for my website. And I certainly don’t regret my decision. This is a solid hosting company that provides quality services at a very reasonable price. Their payment plans are very cost-effective and one of the best packages available in the market. The servers are excellent and have a very high performing disk mounting. Besides, the connectivity time is fast and so is the up timing. The customer service is good however, I feel it can be improved. A more responsive technical staff would be appreciated. Apart from this, Web Werks doesn’t offer a refund to its customers who would like to discontinue their services.Olivia WilliamsWeb Werks is only good for cloud services and not good for normal website hosting. Prices are on the high end with a focus only based on Indian customers and Indians who are living abroad. The website Is very confusing, as well their packages make no sense and have hidden charges. They must improve their website and make things clearer so that more people can buy their hosting. They also need to explain normal hosting packages as not everyone can buy cloud or VPS.Not recommended
