The answer is NO and this makes sense that you cannot get the quality with low budget. You have to compromise on many things and in this case its the speed and reliability.Ivan MarinHostCats is one of the cheaper, if not the cheapest, hosting companies I've encountered. Their prices start from 8$ a year (that's right, PER YEAR) for shared web hosting with Linux installed. For just 8$ per year you get a Starter package: one website on 5GB disk space and 10GB bandwidth, and one database. But that's not nearly all: you also get free SSL, free monthly backup, free cPanel interface, free website migration and, of course, free 1-click script install. Price is definitely a plus with HostCats. HostCats also offers quick and competent support, at least in my experience that was the case.Quality, alas, is not, as one would expect for such a low price. Server response speed is slow, reliability falls a bit below 99.9%. With two of the main features presented as a minus, do I even need to go on? If you're looking for a bargain, HostCats is just the place for you. I opt in to their shared hosting plan and from what I observed for the past few months using their services, their shared hosting package are not that reliable. If you're just starting out or have a few visitors per month, their shared hosting plan is a good choice. Their chat support is Ok, but not good enough. Although their customer service representatives were knowledgeable about my query, I would have to wait for around 10 minutes to get me connected to them. My impression with HostCats is when you pay more, you'll get more reliable and better services from them.
