I switched to Vox hosting over four months ago, but have encountered several issues including delayed or non-existent responses, an unsatisfactory support team, and a lack of response regarding my missing hosting dashboard and cPanel.Imran NomaniMy website has been hosted on the free Vox platform, which offers customers a monthly bandwidth quota of 10,000 MB and a disk space quota of 1000 MB.I'm allowed to make two webpages as a free user.Vox has provided me with excellent service for the past seven months, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.I've had the chance to learn new things, and I've created two websites that are pleasing to the eye.Atwan NomaniIf you're not in need of a speedy server, there's an opportunity to save money, particularly with promotional deals. Yet, if you're a business, it may be wise to opt for a more professional service. When it comes to game servers, it's advisable to rent from a reputable hosting provider as Vox-servers could experience lagging even with a decent load due to the absence of high-frequency processors. Vox-hosting's premium hardware has around 3.2 GHz, which is slower than standard hardware. Alternatively, the latest generation CPUs can exceed 5 GHz, which could be a better option since other providers may offer servers that are twice as fast. However, don't expect top-notch customer support.Sean StaNot the best support, 5/10, slow response at times and this made my websites take longer to be up, and expensive service, though they have a free ssl certificate and .co.za domain their price is inexpensive, speeds are pretty good though, other than speeds everything else is below standard.Tiaan StultingVox is one of the big 5 hosting companies in South Africa but probably the more expensive option. Their WordPress hosting starts at R249pm and although they include a free .co.za domain and SSL it is still way more expensive than their competitors. The hosting is reliable and speed decent (could be better). Their support is good. In my opinion their hosting is overpriced and average. You can get better hosting at half the price.Anthony WalkerVox sells a good story especially if you talk to one of their sales people, but their pricing is high and I think they got too big and service levels dropped. Not quick at reponding to support requests. Slow speeds. Not much innovation. I think they lost their way after they replaced their founder and CEO with a sales person. There are better choices with innovative tech driven CEOs
