Tiaan StultingWeb4Africa, a lesser know hosting company in South Africa, has been around since 2002. They offer cheap, reliable hosting that starts at only R40pm and it includes a free SSL and domain and even gives you the option to pay via Bitcoin. I have only had a good experience with them and their server uptime and speed seem to be great and stable. You can manage your site easily via CPanel and they also have a 1 click WordPress install. The one thing I don’t like that much is their support is done via a ticketing system. They are quick to respond but sometimes one needs to rather phone for urgent assistance. Overall I am happy and can recommend them.ADEYINKA DAVID OGUNSEMOYINWhile working on a client from south Africa, we decided to make use of an hosting platform that is relative, a team member suggested Web4africa.com which we all think it's a great one, but we were baffled by the unprofessional set of customer support they have as a team. They are just a thin line from been a scammed hosting platform and it felt as though the payment we made for the hosting services was wasted because of course we have to migrate the website to another platform.Atwan NomaniI am highly satisfied with the hosting and server speed provided by web4africa through their Speedex package. The support is excellent as well. However, there is a minor issue during the migration process to a new site as the upload speed can be slow if done directly without using FTP. Despite that, the I/O Usage could be improved as it is currently at 6 MB/s, although this is not a daily concern. I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by web4africa.Muhammad YousufI had my client's website moved from other host to web4africa.com last year but unfortunately, we had to transfer it to Siteground after experiencing too much downtimes in different regions. Customer support didn't help to solve the issue. They weren't responsive at all. They don't respond over a live chat too. Pricing of the server plans are high as compared to rest of platforms. But I did'nt feel that the person on the other side was that knowledgeable, I felt like I was talking and answering myself, because she was paraphrasing my questions.
