First impression
TezHost was started back in 2016 as a project after a couple of tech-savvy friends tried to make hosting both reliable and budget-friendly. Fast forward to today, and they've built quite a following with over 7000 happy customers spread across 14 different countries. What really sets them apart is their eco-friendly approach. All their data centers runs on clean, renewable energy, proving you can deliver top-notch hosting without wrecking the planet. They currently offer shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and domain registrations.

Trial Period
They do not offer a trial for their host plans but do offer their Shared Hosting plans with a 14-day money-back guarantee, as well as their Business Web Hosting with a 30-day guarantee. This allows new clients the possibility of trying their services without risk. If not satisfied, simply cancel and ask for your refund within the specified timeframe.
Billing Cycle
TezHost's Basic Hosting plans offer customers yearly, bi-yearly, or tri-yearly payment options, while their Business Web Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server plans offer customers monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly, yearly, bi-yearly, or tri-yearly payment options, with fair discounts up for grabs on longer commitments.
They now accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer, BKash, Easypaisa, and JazzCash as payment options, as well as Bitcoin.
Control Panel
TezHost keeps things simple for beginners - their basic shared hosting plans come with CWP (Control Web Panel), which is surprisingly easy to use even if you're not tech-savvy. I've played around with it myself, and it makes managing websites, emails, and files a breeze while keeping security tight. But if you're running a business site, you'll appreciate that they upgrade you to the industry-standard cPanel, which pretty much every web pro knows inside out.
Limits
Let's be real - you get what you pay for with shared hosting. TezHost's entry-level Basic 1GB plan is perfect for dipping your toes in the water, but that 1GB storage and 20GB bandwidth disappears fast if your blog takes off or you start adding lots of images. You're limited to one website, five email accounts, and two databases - fine for a starter site, but you'll likely outgrow it quickly.

On the flip side, their Ultimate Pro plan removes most restrictions - unlimited NVMe storage (which is crazy fast), no bandwidth caps, unlimited emails, and databases, and you can host as many websites as you want. But here's the catch - even this top-tier shared plan has its limits. If you need to install special software or want complete server control, you'll probably need to jump to a VPS or dedicated server instead.

All plans include free a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate, but note especially that storage in the Basic plans is on standard HDDs and not on high-speed SSD drives.
Website Builder
TezHost does not include an independent site creator in their plans but does include Softaculous, through which users can install popular content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla in just one click. Such content management systems contain all the features necessary for professional website creation without any programming skills. In addition, their Business Web Hosting plans include WP Toolkit, an interface through which it is possible for you to install, configure, as well as manage multiple WordPress sites in one place.
Security
When it comes to keeping your site safe, they've got the basics covered pretty well. Their network firewall does a solid job blocking shady traffic and potential attacks, while the DDoS protection helps prevent your site from getting knocked offline by malicious traffic spikes. Every account gets free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates (that little padlock icon in browser addresses) and automated backups - which honestly everyone should have. The real star is their Imunify360 malware scanner that runs constantly in the background; it doesn't just spot nasty software trying to sneak in but actually cleans things up automatically when something slips through. Not Fort Knox-level security, but definitely better than most budget hosts.
OS
You've got choices depending on what you need. Their shared hosting runs on good ol' reliable CentOS - nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for most websites. If you need more flexibility, their cloud servers let you pick your poison: CentOS 8 for stability, Debian or Ubuntu if you prefer those environments, Fedora for cutting-edge features, Rocky Linux if that's your jam, or Windows Server 2019 for .NET applications. Basically, unless you're running something really obscure, they've probably got an OS that'll work for you.

Support
You can reach them twenty-four hours a day via Live Chat, Email, Support Tickets, and Phone for technical support. Their support staff are polite and ready to assist, but do not always have the answer ready, rather they will ask you to wait (very politely I must say) for one minute while they consult with other technical support staff, before providing solutions or answers to your issues. Response is virtually immediate via Live Chat, and in several minutes via email.
