Francisco Panis KasekerRedehost was bought by Umbler, so you can expect same experience as Umbler. They have support in Portuguese and they have focus on agencies. Their prices are good (even for brazilian currency), but all servers are not located in Brazil, so actually will be better directly buy Umbler products outside of Brazil. They are SSD based cloud and have same Digital Ocean experience: sometimes you are in storage not stressed, sometimes you will be. They not transfer you to other regions if you ask, which is bad. They only offer API to manage mail solutions, nothing for hosting solutions, so is not good for projects that need fastly scale the resources. The e-mail prices are interesting, but they do not offer something at same level than Gmail and Microsoft mail (like fast webmail, excellent antispam system, backups etc). The support is not good and sometimes you will wait for hours (mainly out of working hours). This expected due the prices. They are, as I said, focused on agencies and some out-of-the-box services, like Wordpress. They will not manage problems with your installation and you will not get independent environment to specific softwares (as wordpress) to, for example, get newer php or mariadb version. There is no guaranteed resources (specially network) and any kind od antiddos. I can not see advantages to use their services. Maybe if they provide hosting in Brazil... Also they provide their own web panel and you can not export the accounts to other panels like cpanel, cyberpanel, vestacp, plesk etc, so you will get a lot of problems if you want move from there. I will not recommend them due no advantages and because you will be tied with them unless you pay a good sysadmin to move everything manually. And usually this is not a good idea.
