Francisco Panis KasekerPhoenix NAP does not has the newest hardware, but they have excellent options with good prices. If you will buy more than one server, I recommend you to ask their commercial team about disccounts. They can offer really good prices if you intend to buy a lot of dedicated servers. The support is reasonable fast, do not expect always to be replied in less than one hour, but usually is good. Their DDoS protection is good, but if you receive more than 20gbps or 2mi PPS, you will be null routed. You can buy better anti DDoS plans, but they will cost a lot and the PPS (packets per second) accepted is not good (last time I used best plan, with 10mi PPS I get null routed). They do not offer layer 7 protection for any game server, so the protection actually is more suitable to http servers. They does not offer SSD NVME servers. The network latency with USA, CA and Brazil are very good. I never had hardware failure with them, so I can not talk about HW replacement time. The flex servers are a good idea, but the cost is not good. Will be better to buy more dedicated servers than buy one flexible server. The server delivery time never took more than 24 hours. The rescue mode is not something provided thourgh web panel, you have to ask. I do not like the datacenters that do not provide automatic ways to delivery servers or put your server in rescue mode. You will be extremely dependent of their support and it will be very frustrating. Although good prices (cost and benefit of not too old hardware) and really good network, I can not recommend a datacenter, in 2020, that do not provide rescue mode automatic tool.Milić DragovićI've got Wordpress hosting, website performance is great, it's loading instantly. I've managed everything basically in few clicks.I like the support because they left the impression that they really wanna help even though I've asked many questions not only related to the hosting itself. Email working fine as well, so far, so good.
