First impression

The website looks user-friendly, however, the package description is not quite full. For instance, the list of available OS for VPS or Dedicated packages is missing. There is also no information regarding backup services. Moreover, there is only a Russian website version.

Shared hosting is divided into Basic and Business. They do not differ greatly. Though, the Business plans are much more expensive as they claim to have a separate servers for them. However, the server configurations are not indicated, so it is hard to tell the difference between the two of them. The price for Basic packages varies from $1.79 to $5.45, for Business - from $11.93 to $14.92. Moreover, features like domain redirect, anti-spam protection and virus scanning are paid for Shared hosting. And these are the basic features which are usually included to packages.

VPS packages are small but cheap. For $23.88 you get: 2 CPU cores, 4Gb RAM and 60Gb SSD disk space. And this is the most expensive package.

Dedicated server resources are rather weak. The processors are old and feeble. Only HDD disk drives offered. The prices vary between $44 and $99. They are definitely too high for this kind of outdated equipment.

Trial period

The company offers a 14-day trial only for Shared hosting packages. Also, it is possible to get a refund for VPS packages within 10 days after the purchase.

Billing cycle

It is possible to purchase Dedicated hosting for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. All other packages have monthly or annual billing cycles.

Control panel

Majordomo provides their own control panel for Shared hosting packages. It seems as comfortable as cPanel or Plesk. For self-managed VPS plans and Dedicated servers you can install any desired control panel. Managed VPSs come with ISPmanager.

Usual CPU, RAM and disk storage limits are applied to VPS and Dedicated hosting plans. Basic Shared hosting packages, except Start package, have unlimited domains and databases. Though, the disk space is also limited: from 5Gb to 15Gb. Business Shared hosting packages can include either 1 or 3 domain names and 10Gb or 15Gb SSD disk space.

Security

The company provides anti-DDoS protection and spam filter for shared servers. Anti-spam, virus and malware scanner are paid: $0.73/mo and $1.48/mo per domain accordingly. As for VPS and Dedicated hosting, the security features are not include to the packages. So, it seems like the server security and backup creation are under your own responsibility.

OS

Ubuntu runs on Shared hosting servers. CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu can be installed on self-managed VPS packages. For managed VPS - only Debian. It is possible to install any Linux operating system on Dedicated servers.

Support

The company provides 24/7 ticket support. The representatives are rather quick and very accurate. Average response time is 2 hours. Additionally, Majordomo provides fully-managed VPS packages. They are more expensive, however. The support team will assist you with all of the software set up and maintenance issues. The knowledge base is full and covers basic topics.

Conclusion

On one hand, the Shared hosting packages seem cheap, however, the basic features are paid. Also, the Dedicated servers are overpriced as the equipment is rather outdated. On the other hand, VPS plans are quite attractive, both price and quality. Basically, we assume that the latter packages are worth a try.
