Hamza ImranAs a web developer, I had to manage my client’s websites and chose iWeb on a friend’s recommendation. They use one dedicated server to accommodate around 20-25 websites, yet the runtime is super fast and reliable even outside Canada. With competitive pricing and excellent server runtime and security, iWeb was definitely an option I shouldn't miss. The only downside I have found yet is their customer support. The response rate is pathetic and makes you wait hours until they finally respond to your query. The few times I had issues, they weren't helpful or failed to respond properly. But for reliability, iWeb is worth a try!Lorienz GalarpeI've been hired by digital marketing agency in the past to manage and maintain their client website databases and they used iweb dedicated hosting service. They've got around 15-20 running websites under 1 dedicated server hosting but despite of the website numbers hosted, it's still load very fast and very much reliable though the inerterface is a bit confusing and not intended for not tech savvy person. You still need help with the support from their tech guys and some documentations in order for you to setup the server and be able to install any applications and web application in the dedicated server. The problem is you can't easily get in touch with their tech support, no live chat system for an immediate support request, you can also submit request through ticketing system and it will takes 1-5 days or more before they get back to you and respond to your account issues. The pricing also is very high compared to other dedicated hosting servers in the market. But in terms of reliable hosting fast server, you can count on them.erik kovachI've used iWeb to provide hosting services to canadian clients several times. Its speed and reliabilty makes it one of the best server hosting alternatives from Canada.I have been their client for years, and I have rarely had issues with their service. The quality is high, but the few times I had issues, the support team wasn´t really helpful. The price is high, so it may not be the best alternative for projects with small traffic, but large ones should consider using iWeb services.Dan BechtoldWhen I needed some dedicated server power I ran across iWeb and at the time pricing was competitive for similar services. I didn't have any problems with them as they were fast and highly reliable even from outside of Canada. The server I had hosted some of my biggest sites I had ever had without a hiccup or downtime. Those sites have grown to multiple server setup with custom load balancing but they got there start on iWeb.Jasmine ParkerThe problem is the customer service at iWeb.com. Not that many hosting providers are known for good Customer Service, but this was downright bad. They are angry people lol. The reliability is usually good - but I had to call when the site was down for over an hour. It is just annoying when you are trying to get an issue resolved and they try to up sell you to dedicated server etc. I just wanted my cloud service back up and running. Pricing is competitive, around .06 - .08 an hour but that is only 2GB RAM and 1GB CPU. They seem to only care about you if you are spending big money. If you are a large enterprise, this may be a good fit for you. For small projects and traffic, there are better solutions.Tony HuntOriginally a Candian based host, they were acquired by Nadaq listed INAP in 2013 and subseqeuntly added a whole lot of new data centres globally. If you are looking for colocation or dedicated server in Montreal they are well worth a look. If you are looking at one of the other locations there are better options.
