HyperHost is a Ukrainian firm established in 2008 known for being economical and trustworthy for hosting. It has a dedicated customer base of more than 90,000 serviced by their hosting experts. It offers hosting facilities ranging from Shared Hosting, VPS (virtual private server), and VDS (virtual dedicated server) Hosting to Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, CDN (content delivery network), VPN (virtual private networks), and more. It hosts from Ukrainian, Dutch, Bulgarian, and USA data centers.

Trial Period

Ukrainian customers enjoy the privilege of a complimentary 7-day trial of HyperHost's Shared Hosting packages. The trial opportunity is not, however, offered to customers who are located in other geographical regions or nations. Nevertheless, HyperHost provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all fresh orders, and this allows you to request a full refund in case you're not content with your order during the first 30 days.

Note that HyperHost does not offer a refund for dedicated servers, DDOS protection, SSL Certificate, CDN, IP, VPN, domain registration or renewal, or Microsoft License.

Billing Cycle

The clients can choose billing intervals of semiannual, yearly, or biennial on their Shared Hosting packages, with a maximum of 24% discount on longer-term commitments. In comparison to that, the VPS packages offer monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or biennial billing intervals.

The following payment systems are available: Visa cards, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Privat24, Interkassa, Walet1, LiqPay, PerfectMoney, Payeer, and Bitcoin via ADVCash.

Control Panel

HyperHost offers shared hosting plans with either the classic cPanel Control Panel, which includes a user-friendly graphical interface to make it easy to manage your hosting account, or ISPmanager, a shared hosting panel with a multitude of features to control your sites, including assigning an individual IP to each site and changing PHP versions.

Their VPS plans include FastPanel, their feature-packed yet easy-to-use server administration panel, for free. ISPmanager can be used optionally for an additional monthly fee if desired. 

Limits

Their Shared hosting packages, which are driven by lightning-fast LiteSpeed web servers with SSD storage, Memcache, Opcache, and Redis, are available in 4 affordable types, including the Mini, the Base, the Comfort, and the About.

The Mini package is 1GB disc space, 2x MySQL databases, and is limited to hosting just 1 website, probably not sufficient for much more than an extremely simple personal blog. The Base package is 3GB space, 10x MySQL databases, limited to 3 websites, and with a free domain registration included as standard. The Comfort package is 7GB SSD space, 30x MySQL databases, limited to 7 websites, and similar to the Base, with a free domain, but the About package is 15GB disc space, 60 MySQL databases, with a free domain and CDN (content delivery network), and is limited to 20 websites.

All the Shared Hosting packages include unlimited POP/IMAP email accounts, a free website builder, free backups, and PHP version 5.0 and above support.

Their VPS plans, with a dedicated IP, free backup, and Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate, are available in a number of scalable plans from 10GB of SSD storage, 1GB of RAM, and 1 Core CPU on the VPS Mini plan up to 200GB of storage, 10GB of RAM and 4x Core CPUs on the VPS Ultra+ plan.

Website Builder

HyperHost includes the SiteBuilder website builder for free with all of their Shared Hosting plans. This very easy-to-use drag-and-drop builder has over 200 fully responsive and professionally crafted templates that are easy to customize and change. Drag & drop things where you want them, and change colors, fonts, and images, with a single mouse click and no programming skills needed. If you'd prefer to have them build one for you, simply call them and they will discuss the specifications and provide you with a quote.

Security

HyperHost enforces strict security measures like network firewalls and anti-virus/spam filtering to secure their servers and accounts and can boast of having had zero data leaks in the last 10 years. While their packages come with free SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt, their users can pay extra for stronger certificates like EV SSL or GoGet SSL Wildcard.

Though, it is to be mentioned that unfortunately DDoS protection is not provided by HyperHost.

OS

Their Shared Hosting servers are all Linux servers running on CentOS 7, a Red Hat Enterprise-based safe and secure open-source Operating System, with regular support for Node.js and Python. VPS plans are not rigid in that they offer an alternative choice of CentOS 7, Ubuntu 18.04 / 20.04 / 22.04, AlmaLinux 8, or Debian 10 & 11.

Support

HyperHost support is through Live Chat, Email, Phone, and even Postal Mail, which was a bit of a surprise. Their support staff is courteous and responsive, under a minute on Live Chat and likely around 5 minutes on email in my experience – far less than the 16-minute average response time they advertise on their website. Their excellent ratings on Trustpilot and Google My Business indicate a lot about their very good level of support.

Conclusion

HyperHost is an excellent option for a new host. With their low-cost and flexible plans, broad server distribution in most locations, and great support, they offer a compelling solution.
