Independently owned and financially stable the Code For Host Group is a global group of web hosting and domain name brands, and has provided web hosting and internet services to customers and business alike since 2011.

I was trying to reach out to their live chat support option which redirects you to Facebook messenger app, unfortunately at that time there is no available agent support and also there is no English language option and is only in Hindi.
Although you can send them Ticket support via email and contact form at any time you want. And they have a Self Support or Knowledge base page where you can search for any topics that regards to your hosting services.

You can choose a location for the VPS/Dedicated server during the order. But the location is fixed for shared hosting packs.
