Kingsley ImohI recently had the misfortune of using Harmonweb.com hosting, and it's been a complete disaster from start to finish. The level of service I received was beyond disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others to steer clear of this company. First, the customer support is abysmal. When I encountered issues with my hosting, their response was slow and unhelpful. Instead of resolving my problems, they offered vague solutions that only made things worse. It's clear they have little regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. But that's not all. The reliability of their hosting services is highly questionable. I experienced frequent downtimes, slow load times, and other technical glitches that made managing my website a nightmare. This is not what I expected when I signed up for their services, and it seriously affected the performance of my site. On top of that, their billing practices are sketchy. After the terrible service, I decided to cut my losses and move on. But even then, they made it difficult to retrieve my files and insisted on unnecessary charges. It's as if they’re more interested in squeezing every last dime out of you than providing quality service. I've shared my experience with the WordPress/Bloggers Help Group (For Beginners In Nigeria) and will continue to spread the word. I'm also posting this review on every hosting review site I can find, so others don't fall into the same trap I did. Save yourself the headache and choose a hosting provider that actually values its customers. Harmonweb.com is not it.
