On days when the traffic on websites is great, the server works efficiently without delays. The support team is attentive and responsive. My issues have always been fixed promptly.In addition to this, whenever work is to be done back in the data center, we are notified several days in advance. Although the service is so good, a constant problem is a crashing server. Every six months the server crashes meaning the websites go down too. The best thing about them that most people don’t know as they do not change prices at renewal it stays the same year after year unless you change your package. If you have a WordPress website this might be the best option for you as they have tools that can optimize your website without paying extra to freelancers to optimize it. The virus protection is good as well. The bad thing about them is I can't find chat support anywhere on the website which makes the whole support system extremely slow and time taking.
