They are for those who are building and bootstrapping. They have flexible pricing (which is probably why you can't find that info on here) but not just that, you can buy more of whatever you need... so if you need more emails, you can buy just the emails, or just the server space, or just the databases. They have packages with everything, they have a la carte items. It's very comprehensive. Speed is good, this is a system that was designed for small applications and medium sized websites. When you get bigger and more stuff, it starts to get a little expensive and slows things down a bit. Their reliability is good right now, although I will say they did have some issues a couple years back. Seems to have been resolved, but I'm still careful when recommending this one. Their support is not a chat tool like some of the other companies, but their email support responds within an hour or so, but that interface is a bit outdated. For a free host, I couldn't complain, but I wouldn't use them for my purposes. You only get 250MB of site space, which leaves out any kind of video or a lot of images you may want to display. I think this would be great for a one-time landing page or a digital resume/CV website if that's what you need. I was found only one free cloud hosting provider which are Freehostia. 4 website running on Freehostia hosting service. Now I using their paid plane. It's great but the price is a little higher. You can try their free package. Awesome service.
