First impression

The website design is really outdated. It looks like it wasn’t updated since 2010. The website is not that easy to navigate. For instance, it takes a while to locate the characteristics of the plans.

They offer only Shared hosting. There are two packages - regular and Business. The first one has fixed disk space, email storage, number of domains and subdomain limits. The Business plan has all of these features unlimited. The pricing varies between $6.95 and $19.99 per month. But the renewal pricing is higher: from $9.99 to $27.99 per month.

Trial period

They do not offer a trial period but it is possible to get a refund within 30 days after the purchase.

Billing cycle

All packages have annual, biennial and triennial billing cycles.

Control panel

cPanel is included to all of the packages.

Limits

Regular packages have limited disk space (50 Gb), number of domains, email accounts and subdomains. This information is not indicated in the plan description. To check it, you need to go to the Help Center and locate the ‘Compare packages’ article. As for Business package, it is stated that the disk space is unlimited. Nevertheless, the number of inodes (files and folders) is limited to 300 000. The maximum number of databases is 5000. One database cannot exceed 5 Gb. You can find this information in the company’s ToS (Terms of Services) in the User Agreement.

Security

The company does not offer any free security features for regular packages. However, you can purchase SiteLock and CodeGuard at a very low price ($1.99 and $2.99 accordingly). The first tool is an antivirus and malware scanner and the second one is backup, monitoring and restore tool. Automatic backup is also a paid feature. Business package includes CodeGuard for free but the rest of the features come at the same price as for regular packages.

OS

Linux OS is installed on their servers. There is no information regarding the exact distributive.

Support

The company provides 24/7 phone technical support. Sales support is available from 6 AM to 9 PM (MST) 7 days a week. Knowledge base looks fine.

Conclusion

It looks like the company provides quite average Shared hosting. All of the security features, including backups, are paid. The prices are quite average. The website is not very user-friendly. The only feature worth noting is that they allow to host audio and video files.
