The DNS controls etc, where handled by Enom at that time. It was an old GUI, but it got the job done. I have used their DNS hosting which has very good speed and no complaints about reliability. I was a reseller for them and it was OK for about a decade, but they recently raised their prices. The one time I had to call them to deal with a credentials issue - i did have to wait a while on hold. But, they handled it. Now, I will use the DNS hosting service - it is easy and cheap but my reseller days are done. Easy to use, good pricing for .com and their anycast DNS hosting built-in in great. Beware however that for some country level domains they are actually expensive, so it pays to shop around. Support usually responds within a day which is ok. I have not experienced the hostage taking noted by other reviewers, moving .com domains always takes a little time with any registrar. They offer many different TLD's for a good price. Nowadays they also offer linux shared hosting for a good price, large storage and bandwidth. Only differs from other providers is control panel. They use Plesk instead the most popular cPanel. Downside is that their support is not always quick to respond and when you place the support ticket you can wait even a few days for them to respond.Olivia Dela PazThis is a registrar. And they have a lot of resellers. If you're new in creating a site, do not buy domain here. It is hard to get support, You'll check them and they will tell that your domain was purchased from a reseller. its like, they will refer you to a totally different company and you will left nowhere. Very hard to locate your domain dashboard. I do not see any good thing about eNom. Never get a domain here if you want to monitor your domain's DNS. They are just good in billing your card.
