Pawan PawarRackspace is one of the best hosting companies we have worked with, their servers are highly optimized for speed and reliability... we have used rackspace for more than 10 clients and we never had major concerns with working with them, the only down side we see is support isn't that great when you need it the most.Sarah SilvermanRackspace used to be a great tool and they were very good with support, but is seems as though with their growth, they've had difficulty adjusting to the needs of their clients. For the price, their speed and reliability should really be much better. For me, they're on par with GoDaddy - expensive for no real reason.Berroney Campbell Jr.It takes way too long to get to a support and they are far from the best.their plans are expensive, the speed isn't bad, website is reliable though and security top notch. fairly recommendedJosiah PartinRackSpace is the best hosting platform I've used to date. We use this with all of our enterprise clients that have multiple servers. Most commonly the industry is Financial Institutions, where they need a Development Server, Staging Server, and Production/Live Server. Rackspace support schedules the maintenance sessions with us and then we handle the regression testing after maintenance and upgrades. Security is a must with them, two-factor authentication required for all logins, and RSA key fob authentication for VPN access to login to the servers. You pay the price for this service but it's worth it with enterprise clients. If you need a platform with one or more servers that requires the absolute most uptime, Rackspace is the one for you. Highly Recommend.Dan BechtoldI have dealt with RackSpace for my clients that needed dedicated servers for their websites. They may seem pricey but they are competitive with others for what services you actually get. I have always had solid speeds and support was average not bad but not the best. As for hardware in the dedicated servers I used, was setup perfectly with no complaints. This is just one of a handful companies I use for dedicated servers for my largest clients websites.Radoslav ChakarovWe have been using Rackspace for more than a year and are very satisfied with the service. Their Managed Cloud solution seemed perfect for our project and we decided to try it out.The Rackspace team were very helpful with our initial setup, they configured the server and walked us around the control panel. As a first-time server user, I found the onboarding process amazing and learned a lot about the administration. Creating new accounts, setting up emails, setting up modules - everything took no more than a couple of mouse clicks. Our server has been running perfectly since when with only a couple of minor hiccups along the way. At the end of the day, Rackspace is a bit pricey but totally worth it.Lucy FletcherRackspace were good when I first used them but have deteriorated over time. The reliability and speed are good but you need to be able to handle the basics yourself.Raisul Mushfeq SiddikiI have used RackSpace for many years. At first, their support was great, but as time continues, their support got worse and worse. Nothing on their customer service is good except some occasional few support reps. You will need to wait forever to receive even first reply to your email address. Phone support is also not that good.Their service might have been good in the past, but I would avoid them if I am thinking about taking any new services from them.Mirza SisicRackspace offers various types of hosting, as well as non-hosting services such as CRM and BI. Their plans tend to be pretty pricey though, and their support is far from ideal. It's a hosting mostly used by technologically stagnant and overly conservative corporate businesses. They may have been a leader once but now there are much better and more affordable options out there.Slaviša MilojkovićRackspace is one of the best cloud hosting companies. They are mostly known for founding OpenStack project. It is a good choice for the ones needing OpenStack cloud, or wanting to host multiple websites. Speed, uptime, security is top notch, and the pricing is not that high either.Mihajlo MilenovicRackspace is most classical OpenStack cloud and for me, it was always a good solution for complimenting my private OpenStack cloud in a hybrid cloud setup. It does not introduce many proprietary interfaces over openstack, which is normal given that Rackspace is the company that founded OpenStack project. Technical support is somewhat lacking but reliability and price are good. Speed and security are also very good, no complaints there. I have been using it for years and it gets only better.Adeel ALII have used Rackspace many time specially their managed cloud hosting plan and I can say that their service is awesome and speed price and support every thing is very good.Just the interface is not fast and on un-managed plan you will not entertained for big issues.
