Faiza GhayyurI once worked on the site (proflowbc.ca) which was registertered and hosted on doteasy. The dashboard and configuration seems so hard to understand for the new users and the support was very poor as they reply after 24 hours. I would not recommend to anyone due to the following reasons.1. Price seems comparitivly High2. WP Site speed is below average3. Not reliable4. I tried several times on several occasions to reach them but they never responded to me in a quicktime. Their live chat support system is not available. They offer free SSL, fast hosting server, and a refund if you are not satisfied. They are reliable but there are rooms to improve their service quality. My websites never went down. But as I said earlier, it would be a hard task for novice people to use their services if they don't get quick support from them. I don't regret signing up with them. Maybe, it would be much better if they will have a 24/7 Live Chat support as there were times when I tried to reach them, it appears that they were offline or busy and offered me to just raise a service ticket for my concern. Still, this hosting company is commendable.
