Their support is also great, and their live chat feature was always answered promptly by an agent. The only issue I found on their shared services that were backups would sometimes take sites offline temporarily due to server resources. Their staff are very friendly, and it's like dealing with a small company even though they are a big company.Francisco Panis KasekerI used Hostdime for years. The dedicated servers use old hardwares and in the Brazil, with Hostdime datacenters, you will get only 10mbps of bandwidth on default plans. And will cost more than dedicated server to get 100mbps. Also the prices are very high for dedicated servers. Near 200 dollars to get a server with 16gb ddr3 in 2020 is ridiculous. The hardware replacement time is terrible, you can get more than one day to get it done. Even overselling datacenters like OVH do not take more than 4 hours. The support is 24x7, however usually take hours to fix some problem, mainly when you are out of normal working hours. The northeast Hostdime datacenter has good latency with north america and, in average, 20ms with south of Brazil. Their cloud plans have high prices too. The SSD performance is not good (less than 100mbps) and your network output will be 10mbps... Their DDoS system is not good and will nullroute your server a lot of times, sometimes with low bandwidth attacks. I had one of the worst experience about DDoS attacks there. They do not sell website host solution for end users anymore, but the old website solutions are terrible: softwares not updated, support inexistent and terrible performance. I had problems also to migrate servers from there: when you try to use all of your network output for a long time, they will filter your network performance to not use too much resources for a long time. I had to fight with the support to allow me, in a very strict morning time, use all of my network output to transfer the backups. Ridiculous. Their phone never worked for me. Only support via tickets. Even paying more than one dedicated server there. You are just a number for them. I never used colocation service from them. I will not recommend due terrible support, ridiculous output bandwidth (even in Brazil is too low) and no guarantee that you can use all of your network due their terms of use.Mohamed SALIHTheir customer service is polite and well trained, but the technical issues are non-stop. The biggest issue is that the management and the monitoring team (not the nice people who answer the phone and try to deal with your problems) don’t care, They do nothing about the client’s issues, they don't contact you to discuss the issue or rectify the situation, you are just an account number.
