AlexI've been with these people for over 10 years and the service just deteriorated so badly over that time. The support horrible and they just lie to you to get you off their back. I have >10s latencies and they say that i should buy a dedicated server if I expect something fast. I don't know what happened to them, but damn.Jasmine ParkerHostso.com has been the worst experience with hosting and domain purchase that I have seen - and I have been building websites for 12 years. There is zero customer service - whatsoever. Don't expect any help. I bought a domain and was billed for it then the emailed me that the domain was unavailable. Unfortunately, at the same time I bought a domain, I signed up for hosting at $5 a month. The price seemed fair and low. Fast forward a week, i had no domain and no hosting access. Then, I couldn't login or even reset a password. The phone number was never answered just hold music. Seriously avoid this company as it is the worst I have ever experienced. Can you say SLOW? Like 1998 slow. The website still looks like it's 1998 too!
