Hugo FerreiraSigned up for the Reseller Basic DirectAdmin plan on 11/07/2026. Within hours of activation, I had repeated loss of access to the management panel and related services — documented with screenshots in the support ticket. I requested cancellation and a refund under Reselhost's own "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee," which explicitly applies to Reseller Hosting per their published Terms of Service.Reselhost refused, claiming "your plan does not have a refund option when a discount coupon is used." I asked three times for the exact paragraph in their Terms of Service stating this exclusion. They never provided one, because it doesn't exist. Their published Terms only exclude refunds for ToS/Service Agreement violations or migration requests. Nothing about coupons or promotions.After a formal legal notice, billing's final reply was: "Ya le informamos sobre el asunto, si desea, podemos habilitar su cuenta nuevamente" — and they closed the ticket without refunding.Weak technical support, a billing team that invents non-existent clauses, and tickets closed instead of resolved. Pursuing a chargeback with my bank. Not recommended.
