Usama AwaisI encountered an issue with the administration features in my WHM backend, specifically with the ability to create a package and force password changes. I spoke with their support agent through an online chat, and he was excellent in fixing the issue within 20 to 30 minutes. While I only gave a 4-star rating, I am still pleased with the service and plan to ask Winshosting technicians to restore the missing features on the server end.
