Edith YuenJust use other service provider but not U Domain, at the beginning it was good price and okay service, then later on, it was a rocket high price and also lots of problems, liaising to the colleague already left the company for important update, and you name it! Just don't use it, please!Chi Yiu NgUDomain.hk is a hosting provider in Hong Kong. I chose it because I have a project for my Hong Kong client (Actually I am from HK as well). I think they are working hard to make their service and hosting like their global counterparts. They have an acceptable backend UI to control everything, the price is reasonable. The speed itself is ok for the global user with the plan I choose, I expect they are achieving a fair hosting speed. As far as it was working ok for China users, I am satisfied with it. If you are an foreigner targeting China market and need support for processes like ICP registration, and register .cn domain, Udomain can provide service and support, which for me is their advantage. My conclusion is, if you are someone like me, working/targeting Hong Kong or China customers, it is one of the choices, otherwise I do not recommend it.
