First Impression
We immediately got the impression that we had come across a large hosting company. There are many different services, types of hosting, and pricing plans. Despite the fact that the website contains a lot of information, it does not look overloaded. As for shared hosting, the price of the most basic plan starts from $2.33 per month, which is not that expensive compared to other hosting providers.
The company also offers decent VPS servers. They are slightly more expensive than those of other hosting providers, but administration is included. You can choose a server with more processors or RAM. There is also an option to select the server location: Belarus or Germany. Prices range from $28 to $191.28, depending on the server’s power. If you need a slightly cheaper server, you can choose an unmanaged server, but keep in mind that you will have to handle all the configuration yourself...
There are many dedicated servers, and they all differ from one another. Overall, the configurations are quite good and the prices are average. You can also choose the server location, as with VPS: Belarus or Germany. The company also provides various comprehensive solutions, such as hosting and servers for 1C-Bitrix or a private cloud.
Trial Period - 7 Days
The company provides a 7-day trial period for shared hosting packages for individuals. For legal entities, the company provides a trial period for shared and VPS hosting for up to 1 week. This period is discussed individually upon request to the support team.
Registration - Standard
When registering on the website, you need to specify your first and last name, contact email, and phone number. Of course, do not forget to agree to the terms of service. Be careful when entering your email address, as a message with login details for your personal account will later be sent to it.
Control Panel - cPanel, Plesk, ISPmanager, Vesta, DirectAdmin
For shared hosting, the company provides cPanel. As usual, cPanel is convenient to use. Everything is divided into sections and logically structured, so there should be no problems navigating the panel. On the right, you can see statistics on used resources and general information about your account.
In the “User Manager” section, which can be found on the left, you can give account access to your website developer. Use this option when necessary, but be very careful about who you grant access to.
For VPS and dedicated servers, you can install the free Vesta panel or paid cPanel, DirectAdmin, or ISPmanager. There is also an option to purchase a Plesk license.
Security
The host has taken good care of shared hosting security. The servers run under the Atomic Secured Linux (ASL) module. This is comprehensive protection that includes a firewall, malware scanner, antivirus, monitoring, DDoS attack protection, and server hardening. In addition, copies of your project files are created daily and automatically. However, access to backups is provided only upon request to technical support.
As for VPS and dedicated servers, there is very little information on this topic on the website. Most likely, server security needs to be handled independently. Daily backups are provided for VPS servers, but storage space for them must be purchased separately.
In the control panel, under the “Security” section, you can find a number of very useful tools that allow you to make your website even more secure. We highly recommend using Hotlink protection. IP blocking is available, and you can also enable the ModSecurity module.
Limits
For shared hosting, the number of domains, mailboxes, and databases is limited. However, traffic for this type of hosting is unlimited. The maximum amount of memory allocated for each PHP script, the memory_limit parameter, is 512 MB. However, the host does not impose any limits on script execution time, the max_execute_time parameter. By default, this parameter is set to 30 seconds. Regarding email sending, we were immediately informed that the limits are strict, as mass mailing is not encouraged.
The limits for VPS and dedicated servers are listed on the website in the descriptions of the pricing plans.
Technical Support
The website states that you can contact the host’s technical support through almost every possible communication channel: by phone, online chat, social media, Viber, Telegram, Skype, and you can even request a callback.
Personally, we did not manage to reach anyone via online chat, after waiting for about 5 minutes, so we submitted a request from the personal account. They responded fairly quickly, but not to all questions, so we had to ask them again. The support service is available around the clock if you call them or write to the contact email.
Conclusion
This is a relatively expensive Belarusian hosting provider with fairly strict limits. Communication with technical support went smoothly, without any misunderstandings or issues — they responded fairly quickly and, most importantly, competently. VPS and dedicated servers are at a high level, but there is very little information about server protection. On the other hand, shared hosting servers are very well protected, and the prices for shared hosting are quite attractive. Therefore, we believe this hosting provider is worth trying.
