First Impression

The primary focus of the platform is shared hosting designed to be simple, secure, and scalable. The structure of the website highlights three shared hosting tiers (Basic, Business, and Agents) each targeting a different stage of growth. The positioning is straightforward: launch quickly, scale when needed, and keep management centralized.

  • The Basic plan is oriented toward personal websites, blogs, and test environments.
  • Business plans are structured for small companies and growing projects.
  • The Agents tier targets agencies and advanced users who manage multiple websites or require extended resources.

The service emphasizes an all-in-one launch approach. Every plan includes:

  • A free domain with annual billing
  • Free SSL certificate
  • WordPress toolkit
  • SiteJet website builder
  • Built-in security features such as DNSSEC
  • JetBackup with plan-based retention

The messaging focuses on:

  • Effortless launch - domain, SSL, and tools included from day one.
  • Reliable performance - SSD storage, DDoS protection, WAF, and DNS security.
  • Scalability - upgrade paths, Git/SSH access, API options, and advanced tools on higher plans.

Instead of presenting multiple unrelated products, the portfolio is structured around shared hosting as the core offering, with resource scaling built into higher tiers.

Trial Period

A traditional free trial is not available for hosting plans. Since server resources are provisioned immediately after activation, trial-based access is not offered.

However, customers are protected by a 7-day refund policy. If the service does not meet expectations, hosting can be canceled within seven days of purchase, and the payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

Also annual plans include a free domain and SSL certificate, allowing users to launch a fully functional website from day one without additional setup costs.

Billing Cycle

Billing is structured to provide clarity, automation, and predictable renewals.

Customers can pay for hosting services using:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Secure card processing via Stripe
  • Internal account balance
  • Bank transfer through invoice

Cryptocurrency payments are not supported. Card payments are processed instantly, allowing immediate service activation. Bank transfers follow invoice confirmation procedures and may require additional processing time.

Two billing cycles are available:

  • Monthly
  • Annually

Annual plans include discounted pricing compared to monthly billing and also qualify for a free domain registration for the first year.

There are no multi-year (2–3 year) prepayment options.

Recurring billing is enabled by default to prevent service interruption. Hosting plans renew automatically before expiration.

Customers can disable auto-renewal at any time through the Client Area. Before renewal, customers receive a notification informing them about the upcoming charge.

VAT is calculated at checkout according to applicable tax regulations. Prices displayed on the website do not include VAT and are adjusted during the final payment step.

All invoices, renewal settings, and payment history are available in the Client Area.

A free domain is included only with annual hosting plans. Domain renewals are billed separately after the initial registration period. If a hosting service is canceled within the 7-day refund window, the hosting fee is refundable. Domain registration fees are treated as a separate service and are not included in the hosting refund.

Control Panel

Hosting management is structured around clearly separated interfaces, each responsible for a specific part of the service. The Client Area, accessed directly from the provider’s website, is used for managing services and account details. Here, customers can:

  • Order hosting plans
  • Register or transfer domains
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Renew services
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Open and track support tickets

The Client Area focuses on billing and service lifecycle management. It does not provide access to website files or server configuration.

Once a hosting account is active, website management takes place in a separate interface - cPanel, which has its own login page and credentials and is included in all hosting plans at no additional cost.

  • Through cPanel, users can:
  • Upload and manage website files
  • Create and configure databases
  • Set up email accounts
  • Install SSL certificates
  • Access backup tools
  • Monitor resource usage

Database access is provided through phpMyAdmin, allowing users to create and manage databases, import and export data, and perform manual operations when necessary.

Two hosting plans include WordPress Toolkit, which simplifies installation and management of WordPress websites. Users can deploy WordPress in just a few clicks, manage plugins and themes, and perform updates directly from the hosting environment.

Email communication is handled through a separate Webmail interface. Email accounts are created in cPanel, while daily email usage takes place in Webmail or external mail clients.

Limits

Shared hosting plans are structured with clearly defined resource allocations to ensure stable and predictable performance across all accounts.

Each plan includes specific limits on computing power, storage, and account capacity:

Basic Plan

  • 1 vCPU / 512 MB RAM
  • 1 GB SSD storage
  • 50 GB traffic (~35k visits per month)
  • 1 email account
  • 60,000 file limit (inodes)

Business Plan

  • 2 vCPU / 1 GB RAM
  • 5 GB SSD storage
  • 75 GB traffic (~50k visits per month)
  • 5 email accounts
  • 140,000 file limit

Agents Plan

  • 4 vCPU / 4 GB RAM
  • 20 GB SSD storage
  • 200 GB traffic (~120k visits per month)+
  • 20 email accounts
  • 320,000 file limit

There are no hidden throttling mechanisms beyond the allocated resources shown in each plan.

Each hosting plan includes a defined file limit. This refers to the total number of files and directories that can exist within the account. File limits help maintain system performance and prevent excessive resource consumption. Users can monitor file usage through cPanel.

Traffic allocations are defined per plan and provide realistic usage capacity estimates based on typical website behavior. If a project consistently exceeds allocated traffic or resource usage, upgrading to a higher-tier plan ensures continued stability without service interruption.

Security

Security is implemented across multiple layers to protect hosting accounts, websites, and data integrity.

  • SSL Encryption. The hosting plans include a free SSL certificate. This ensures encrypted communication between the website and its visitors, protecting login credentials, contact forms, and transactional data. SSL can be installed and managed directly through cPanel.
  • DDoS Protection. Network-level DDoS mitigation mechanisms are in place to reduce the impact of distributed denial-of-service attacks. Traffic is monitored and filtered to maintain availability and prevent service disruption.
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF). A Web Application Firewall adds an additional protection layer by filtering malicious requests before they reach the application level.
  • DNS Security (DNSSEC). All plans include DNSSEC support. DNSSEC protects domain name resolution by preventing DNS spoofing and ensuring authenticity of DNS responses.
  • Backup Policy (JetBackup). Automated backups are included in all plans, with retention periods depending on the selected tier:
  • Basic: 7-day backup retention
  • Business: 14-day backup retention
  • Agents: 30-day backup retention.
  • Account Isolation. Each hosting account operates in a logically separated environment within the shared infrastructure. This separation prevents cross-account access and ensures that activity in one account does not compromise another.
  • Anti-Abuse Mechanisms. Monitoring systems detect abnormal resource usage, spam activity, or suspicious behavior.

OS

The hosting infrastructure operates on a Linux-based environment optimized for shared hosting stability and resource isolation.

The platform runs on CloudLinux v9.7.0, a distribution designed for multi-tenant hosting environments. CloudLinux enhances account-level resource control and improves overall server stability by isolating individual hosting accounts within defined resource boundaries.

The control panel environment is powered by cPanel (version 132.0, build 25), providing a standardized and widely adopted hosting management interface.

The database layer operates on MariaDB 10.11.15 (MariaDB-cll-lve), ensuring compatibility with modern content management systems such as WordPress and other PHP-based applications. Since this is a shared hosting environment, root-level access and operating system customization are not available.

Support

The hosting plans include live chat and technical support, allowing customers to reach the team directly when assistance is needed. Support covers:

  • Hosting account configuration
  • Domain connection and DNS guidance
  • Email setup assistance
  • SSL configuration
  • Backup restoration guidance
  • General infrastructure-related troubleshooting

The ticket system allows customers to track communication history and monitor resolution progress.

Response times depend on request complexity and current support load. While hosting-level issues are addressed directly, application-level development and custom coding tasks fall outside the standard support scope.

For higher-tier plans, account-level guidance may be available, depending on the selected package.

Conclusion

This hosting solution is designed for users who value simplicity, predictable performance, and transparent service structure.

The shared hosting plans provide a clear starting point for personal websites, blogs, and small business projects. With defined resource allocations and scalable tiers (Basic, Business, and Agents) users can choose a plan that aligns with their current needs and upgrade as their projects grow.

Key strengths include:

  • Clearly defined resource limits with no hidden restrictions
  • Free SSL certificates and DNSSEC support
  • Automated backups with plan-based retention
  • Included WordPress Toolkit
  • Transparent billing cycles with annual discounts
  • Structured separation between Client Area and cPanel
  • Live chat and technical support

At the same time, as with any shared hosting environment, certain limitations apply. Root access and operating system customization are not available, and resources are allocated within defined boundaries to ensure overall platform stability.
