First impression

R3esolution Infotech is an information technology services company located in India with an office in Birmi, Rajasthan. It was established in 2010 by Ramanpreet Singh. They serve both medium and large enterprises by providing tailored solutions. Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Server Hosting, and Cloud Solutions are among their offerings for clients all over the world.

Trial Period

Unfortunately, they do not have trial periods for any of their plans. You would need to sign up to try out their offered services. Though, keep in mind that they have a 10-day money-back policy for undelivered servers.

It is important to note that if you have pre-paid credits for services, but remain with R3esolution Infotech without actively using the services for over a month, the remaining service term credits become non-refundable.

Billing Cycle

Users signing up with R3esolution Infotech’s hosting plans will have the option to choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, or triennial billing cycles,

They accept payments via Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, Western Union, and Skrill. Long-term commitments, however, do not incur discounts which, quite frankly, does not make sense to me. Why commit for more than a month, when you don’t need to if your money isn’t safeguarded by their refund policy?

Control Panel

Their Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting plans come with the ever-reliable and massively popular cPanel control panel, known for its user-friendly interface. It is very easy to navigate and allows you to manage your website without requiring any advanced technical skills.

Limits

R3esolution Infotech’s Shared Hosting plans, all come standard with unlimited disc space (plain old HDDs, no SSDs ), bandwidth, and free SSL certificates by Let’s Encrypt, are available in 4 scalable plans, namely the Economy, Deluxe, Ultimate, and Maximum.

Economy provides 1x Core CPU, 512MB RAM, 10x 1GB MySQL databases, and restricted sites to 1. The Deluxe provides 1x Core CPU, 512MB RAM, 25x 1GB MySQL databases, and unlimited sites hosted. The Maximum and Ultimate packages both provide 2x Core CPUs, 512MB RAM, and unlimited MySQL databases, with the only difference being that the Ultimate package has a site limitation of 5 and the Maximum package has no site cap. A free domain also becomes available in yearly subscriptions.

Their VPS plans, however, range from plans with 1x CPU, 512MB RAM, 20GB SSD space, 750GB bandwidth, and 1x dedicated IP address on their VPS1 plan, to 8x CPUs, 16GB RAM, 320GB SSD space, 1x dedicated IP address, and 6TB bandwidth on their VPS7 plan. All of their VPS plans are on a high-speed 1GBps uplink. 

Website Builder

Unfortunately, they don't provide website builder tools of any kind, but all of their Shared Hosting plans come with 1-click WordPress installations as standard. WordPress can broadly be regarded as a website builder. It's a powerful, free, open-source content management system (CMS) that allows anyone to build and manage sites without having plenty (or even none to be honest) of technical know-how. WordPress has plenty of themes and plugins available to make building and customizing sites, blogs, and stores a doddle. Although WordPress was initially developed as a blogging platform, WordPress has become a convenient application with which to build just about any type of website.

Security

Their security features include network firewalls, which protect against external cyber threats by securing accounts from malicious or undesirable traffic. They also provide regular security updates, DDoS (distributed-denial-of-service) protection, Let's Encrypt free SSL certificates, and add-on paid SSL certificates such as RapidSSL, GeoTrust True BusinessID, and DigiCert Secure Site Pro EV to protect data by encrypting it. They also provide isolation with their VPS hosting, once again securing your resources from any security risk. 

OS

R3esolution Infotech uses the Ubuntu operating system (OS), possibly the most popular Linux distribution to host web servers, on all their Linux-based hosting plans, while their Windows-based options run on Windows Server 2003.

Support

R3esolution Infotech offers technical assistance by way of Email, Telephone, Live Chat, and Support Tickets, supposedly available 24/7. Should you run into problems and need to get hold of their agents, it's probably a good idea not to hold your breath! When I ran into issues and tried to contact their agents, it felt like there were no operators on the other end of their Live Chat, as I waited for three days without a reply (yes you read that right – 3 days). Furthermore, their email support took two days to respond, offering only a vague answer and solution to my problem.

Conclusion

Although at first glance you might think they look like a reliable and affordable hosting provider, I would be hesitant to sign up. Their support is well below par, their shared hosting still runs on outdated HDDs, and on VPS plans they lack the operating system choices that most decent providers offer these days. If you are looking for a new provider, there might be better options out there.
