Anthony WalkerPrivatelayer provides dedicated servers in Switzerland. I found the servers and speed good. Support was sometimes slow to respond and then there was some downtime for a few days, but only once in a 2 year period. Still it is a little worrying. If you are on a budget and want something in Switzerland for a specific reason then I think they will be ok. If you have more to spend there are better options.
