Websites are loading fast & I got a free SSL certificate to secure my website. They charge a fair amount comparing to others. The negative side that I would like to mention is the slow response time. I issued a ticket & they solved it after few hours. I expected a response earlier. They have a cloud backup system, which is a big thing in affordable hosting services. If they can improve more on the support system, they can be a good competitor in this market for sure.Zargham AhmadI switched to OutPower Hosting a year back and I am pretty happy with their services. The server speed is good and it has a 99.99% uptime, which is great. Besides that, unlike my last web host provider, OutPower is far more reliable, and there hasn’t been a single outage in the whole duration. They offer free SSL certificates and offsite backup via Cloud to keep your data safe and secure. The best part is their support staff that has always got your back. They truly care about customer service and do whatever is possible to keep you satisfied. However, there are a few issues that easily put off some potential customers. Firstly, that their server locations are only limited to India. Besides that, their payment plans are not budget-friendly, with limited payment options.
