Shared hosting prices are quite low—starting from $0.50 to $5 per month. The most expensive plan includes 100 GB of disk space and unmetered bandwidth. You can also choose the server location for any plan (Ukraine, Netherlands, Russia). If you order a plan for 3 months or longer, the company offers decent discounts.

VPS plans are divided into two categories: standard and VPS with dedicated storage. Prices are fairly reasonable. Configurations are good, with generous traffic and RAM allocations; the CPUs are a bit dated, but overall the price-to-performance ratio is solid. For VPS, you can choose the virtualization type (KVM or OpenVZ) and location (Ukraine, Netherlands, Russia).

Dedicated servers are solid as well. There are various configurations, making it easy to choose the right server. There’s also a server configurator where you can specify your desired configuration. Prices are low, the server quality is good and in line with the price. The CPU models aren’t the newest, but they’re reliable and can handle medium-load workloads.

Trial period

The company offers a 7-day trial for shared hosting plans. For this type of hosting, a refund is also available within 30 days after placing the order. Refunds for VPS and dedicated servers are available within the same period, but only in the event of company-caused server downtime (24 hours or more) or if the server configuration differs from what’s stated in the plans.

Billing cycle

Shared hosting plans can be purchased for 1, 3, 6 months or for 1, 2, or 3 years. VPS and dedicated servers can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months.

Control panel

For shared hosting, you can choose free BrainyCP, ISPmanager, or cPanel. The same panels can be installed on a VPS, but the latter two are paid. On a dedicated server, you can install free Webuzo and BrainyCP or paid ISPmanager and cPanel.

Limits

Restrictions for all hosting types are listed in the plan descriptions. It is also prohibited to install on shared hosting any software that consumes more than 10% of the server’s RAM or 1% of the database server’s CPU.

Security

Shared hosting includes basic DDoS protection (hardware-level). The company also monitors shared hosting accounts and notifies you via email if viruses or malware are detected.

The company does not offer a built-in antivirus or malware scanner. Daily backups are provided only for shared hosting plans. VPSs come with full DDoS protection, and dedicated servers offer different levels (e.g., full or basic). Overall, you need to handle VPS and dedicated server security yourself.

OS

Shared hosting servers run CentOS. On VPS, you can install CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Scientific, and SUSE. Any operating system can be installed on a dedicated server.

Support

The company provides support via chat, Skype, and tickets. Ticket support is available 24/7. You can contact chat or Skype from 09:00 to 01:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 00:00 on weekends. Responses are fast, polite, and to the point. Basic administration is included with VPS and dedicated servers. You can also order additional administration for specific issues, starting from $10/hour.

Conclusion

An affordable and good hosting provider. The company offers a variety of packages suitable for almost any task. Prices are very attractive, in most cases below average. Tech support is at a fairly high level. The only downside is the average security level, so we can rate this host a 4.
