Marsha FreyNet origin is not a good hosting company from my point of view. One of the key factors for measuring hosting quality is their customer support. I did notice that they only offer phone support. It was disappointing for me as I feel more comfortable with live chat and email support. I didn't find any effective tutorials to use their services. Though the website is running fast and no issues with uptime, I am worried that it will be a disaster if I need their help. I would happily pay a few extra bucks if they provide top-notch customer support.Zargham AhmadI have had the experience of working with Net Origin for hosting my website. It is an Australian based web hosting company that uses enterprise-grade SSD storage in its servers. They also offer free cPanel migration along with nightly backups Their payment plans are also very appealing. Whenever needed, the technical staff was friendly and helpful. My problems were solved efficiently.However, a few things disappointed me. Net Origin has a small, restricted knowledgebase. Besides, web hoster only offers phone support and have no support email or live chat available. Sometimes the lines would be busy and I had to wait till they were free. Net Origin might be providing excellent services at a very affordable price; they still really need to step up their game to compete with other host providers.hannan zairThe renewal costs are critically extortionate.I was about to move to yr 2 and they are double what I might pay for an equal carrier with GoDaddy.this is so frustrating after taking part in being a patron of yours for a year.I simply experience as though that is detrimental to your customer's perception of you.
