The Page loading is not that fast, and we had a problem with transfer domains and we couldn't get help.The biggest problem that I and the vast majority of users report is precisely the lack of support and a trained team. I believe that due to the high demand and large number of customers, they can no longer serve with quality and the attendants do not demonstrate technical knowledge.erik kovachI have worked with Net4.com, because I needed a hosting service and a domain name. The prices were affordable, in comparison with other similar services. You are able to buy a starter, advanced or business hosting. All of them are affordable, and you will not find any issue during the ordering process.The main problem i found with Net4.com was the support service. I tried to contact them several times, but I had no response for some days; when I finally got an answer, they actually didn´t answer what i had asked and, even though they contacted me in english, it was difficult to understand them, probably because their focus are indian customers.I had no problem with the MySql offered by the service.It is a good and affordable option, but don´t expect the support team to help you.Russell PearceI had a service with Net4.com for a domain name and some Linux hosting. The ordering process was straightforward enough and the user portal as the standard you would expect to be able to administer the domain and DNS records.The support service was hit and miss, Net4 predominantly provide services to India but the support teams are English speaking. The support process was at times overly scripted and took a few attempts to get the information needed to resolve the query/enquiry.The product offering is relatively competitive but the way the hosting products are put together can also be quite restrictive.if you are looking for a cost effective solution and server location is not critical, not a bad option.
